1: Make butterfly water: Add 1 teaspoon of butterfly powder to 50ml warm water, stir well, and let cool

2. Put a few ice cubes in a glass
3. Add 200ml coconut water
4. Add 20ml Syrup (or not) water
5. Pour butterfly pea water

 

3.Butterfly pea flower lemon drink

Ingredients:

• Ice cube
• 0.5oz sweet orange juice powder
• 500ml water
• 0.5oz Butterfly pea flower powder
• Lemon juice

Procedure:

1. Put a few ice cubes in a glass
2. Add 0.5oz sweet orange powder or Grapefruit powder to 200ml water, stir and pour
3. Add 0.5oz butterfly pea powder to 300ml water, stir and pour
4. Add a few drops of lemon juice and the color of the water will change from blue to purple
5. Pour the purple liquid into the ice cubes

 

4. Chocolate butterfly pea flower drink

Ingredients:

• White chocolate
• Butterfly pea flower powder 3g
• Condensed milk 8g
• Coffee liquid 30ml
• Fresh milk 100ml
• Thick coconut milk 200ml
• Three marshmallows
• 2 blueberries
• Ice cube

Procedure:

1. Melt the white chocolate insulated water, add some butterfly pea flower powder, stir well
2. Decorate the sides and mouth of the cup
3. 2 tablespoons butterfly pea flower powder, add fresh milk, condensed milk, beat evenly
4. Add some ice cubes in the cup, add thick coconut milk, butterfly pea milk, coffee liquid in turn
5. Garnish with marshmallows, rosemary, blueberries and sprinkle with blueberry powder

 

5. Coffee blue butterfly bean drink

Ingredient:

• Butterfly pea flower/butterfly pea flower powder
• Ground coffee
• Condensed milk
• Ice cube
• Coconut water

Procedure:

1. Brew blue butterfly bean flower or 1tsp blue butterfly bean flower powder with 100ml warm water and stir well
2. Add 50ml hot water to 1tbsp instant coffee powder, add condensed milk, and stir well
3. Pour the coffee liquid into the cup
4. Add ice
5. Slowly pour in the coconut water
6. Slowly pour the butterfly bean water on top
