6 Homemade Matcha Drink Recipes

1. Homemade milk matcha drink:

Ingredients:

  • Milk
  • 1tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 2tbsp(30ml) warm water
  • 1/2 tbsp (5g) Matcha powder

Procedure:

  1. Add 5g matcha powder to 30ml warm water and stir well
  2. Add syrup to the milk and whip the foam
  3. Pour the milk foam on top of the matcha liquid and pull the cream

 

2. Homemade milk jasmine tea matcha drink:

Ingredients:

  • Ice block
  • 2.5g(1/2 tsp) matcha powder
  • 20ml warm water
  • 100ml jasmine tea
  • 100ml milk

Procedure:

  1. Add 2.5g matcha powder to 20ml warm water and stir well
  2. Fill a glass with ice
  3. Pour in 100ml of jasmine tea
  4. Pour in 100ml of milk
  5. Pour the prepared matcha on top

 

3.Homemade coconut water Oolong tea Matcha milk cover drink:

Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes
  • Coconut water
  • 10 grams of matcha powder
  • 50ml warm water
  • Oolong tea

Procedure:

  1. Add 10g matcha powder to 50ml warm water and stir to form a milk lid
  2. Put two ice cubes in a glass
  3. Pour in the coconut water
  4. Pour in the oolong tea
  5. Pour the prepared milk cap on top
  6. Sprinkle with crushed cookies

 

4.Homemade matcha milk ice drink:

Ingredients:

  • 10 grams of matcha powder
  • 50ml water
  • 10ml light cream
  • 10ml condensed milk
  • Milk

Procedure:

  1. Add 10g matcha powder to 50ml warm water and stir to form a milk cap
  2. Apply to the glass
  3. Place ice cubes in a glass and pour in milk
  4. Pour the prepared milk cap on top

 

5.Mung bean matcha soy milk:

    Ingredients:

    • Soy Milk 200ml
    • Matcha Powder 3g
    • Green mung beans 200g
    • Condensed milk 1 stick
    • Green maple leaf

    Procedure:

    1. Boiled mung beans + 1 scoop of condensed milk + matcha powder + 50ml soy milk in a juicer and mix well.
    2. Pour half of the matcha mung bean paste into the cup, then pour half of the soy milk into the hot milk foam.
    3. Sprinkle matcha powder on top and garnish with green maple leaves. 

    6.A cup of fragrant homemade matcha milk tea:

      Ingredients:

      • Matcha powder 5 g
      • 250 ml of pure milk
      • 15g caster sugar (can be adjusted to personal taste)
      • Black Tea Bags 1 Pack

      Procedure:

      1. Put the matcha powder in a bowl, add a small amount of warm water and stir well with a tea shaker or a whisk until the matcha powder is completely dissolved and there are no particles.
      2.  Pour the pure milk into the pot, put in the black tea bag, simmer over low heat until the milk is slightly bubbling around the edges, then remove the black tea bag.
      3. Add the mixed matcha liquid and caster sugar to the milk and continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly to allow the matcha, milk and sugar to blend well.
      4. Boil until milk tea comes to a slight boil and turn off the heat.
      5. Sift the boiled matcha milk tea, straining to remove the foam and possible residual matcha particles to make the taste more delicate.

      Tips:
      1. The matcha powder should be melted in warm water first to avoid clumping. 2. Cook milk tea when the whole time low heat, and should constantly stir, lest milk boil.
